Carsten Bjerg was born 1959 and is CEO and Group President of Grundfos. He holds an MSc in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, and an ACPMM from the University of Cambridge, U.K.

 

Carsten Bjerg joined Grundfos 10 years ago (1997) as Director for International Production. In 2000 he became a member of Group Management and was appointed Group Executive Vice President for Production and Logistics, as well as taking over the responsibility for Research & Technology, eBusiness and Quality Management. Having made an outstanding contribution to the Grundfos Group’s continued growth, he was appointed CEO and Group President in March 2007. Carsten is chairman or member of the Board in several of the Grundfos companies, and chairman of the board in DHI Water & Environment.
