Australia: The Australian - a section on climate.
India: Times of India - sections on Earth and Global Warming.
France: Le Monde - a section on environment and science.
Germany: Der Spiegel - a section on science and climate change.
Japan: By circulation, the two greatest Japanese newspapers are The Asahi Shimbun and the Yomiuri Shimbun. The links are: Asahi in Japanese or Asahi in English, and Yomiuri in Japanese or Yomiuri in English.
Spain and Latin America: El Mundo is the biggest newspaper in Spain, but its Latin American editions also enjoy high circulations.
Netherlands: De Telegraaf, the biggest newspaper in Netherlands, also has a section on climate change in Dutch.
China: China Daily is a major English language newspaper.
Russia: Major English-language Russian newspapers are Moscow Times and St. Petersburg Times. None of them seem to have a section specifically on climate change, but article searches are possible.
Italy: Visit Corriere Della Sera to find news on climate change in Italian.
Brazil: The Rio de Janeiro-based national newspaper O globo contains Brazilian news on climate change in Portuguese.
South Africa: IOL is the biggest news network in South Africa, representing 14 local and national newspapers. It has a section on Science and Environment.
Africa: Allafrica.com aggregates and indexes content from over 125 African news organizations, plus more than 200 other sources, who are responsible for their own reporting and views. The site also has a section entirely on climate.
